Focus on results

The main task was to optimise the CV sending process to make reacting to job offers as simple and intuitive as possible. We also focused on the offer of services for corporate clients. The website now contains a number of non-public forms for job candidates and integration with a cloud solution, via which the company’s consultants create job offers. These are automatically posted on the website.

The client was pretty demanding when it came to the graphic design. Our “graphics ideas” folder went through six rounds of comments. We designed a responsive website and continue to work for the client – that speaks for itself.

Our starting point

Once again, the problem was an old website that didn’t function the way it should. It wasn’t bringing in new candidates and clients needing the services of a recruitment agency. There was also no responsivity for mobile devices.

How did it unfold?

A lot of time passed before we wrote the first line of code. We met the client in Synergie’s Slovak head office and tried to understand all their requirements.

A lot of time passed before we wrote the first line of code. We met the client in Synergie’s Slovak head office and tried to understand all their requirements.

We knew that what the client needed most was to build up a high-quality database of capable people. And it didn’t matter if they offered them a job right away or at some point in the future. This led to the design of a two-tier e-mail solution for confirming consent to personal data processing. That might seem banal, but it wasn’t, trust us.
